Service access
Access is provided to authorized customer organizations and their invited users. Customers must keep credentials secure, ensure users are permitted to access configured buildings and records, maintain accurate setup data, and promptly remove users who no longer need access.
Pilot and commercial terms
Pilot duration, pricing, onboarding, device arrangements, support scope, retention requirements, service levels, cancellation rights, and commercial terms are agreed directly with each customer. Website pricing is indicative unless confirmed in writing.
Customer data and lawful basis
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary notices, permissions, contractual rights, legal basis, employment policies, building policies, and internal approvals to collect and use visitor-management data through Repute.
Availability and support
We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, incidents, third-party outages, internet issues, device issues, configuration problems, or force majeure events. Support commitments, if any, must be agreed in writing.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, misuse, unlawful use, suspected compromise, violation of policy, or operational risk. Customers may request account closure according to their written agreement.
Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AISH CAPITALS FZCO and Repute from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from customer data, customer instructions, unlawful use, user misconduct, building policies, visitor disputes, or breach of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the website, pilot, or service is limited to the fees paid to Repute for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or AED 1,000 if no fees were paid, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
Governing law
Unless a signed customer agreement states otherwise, these website and product terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates and the relevant courts or dispute forum agreed between the parties. Customers should obtain legal advice before relying on any term for a specific dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms and related notices as Repute develops, legal requirements change, customer needs evolve, or operational controls improve. Continued use after updates may be treated as acceptance where permitted by law.
