The Repute pilot is not just a login. We help organize the building, register staff, prepare devices or existing approved devices, run a basic session, and actively support your team for a month while they learn the service. Extra setup, device provisioning, or additional resource requests may carry separate charges depending on scope.

What is included
We want the pilot to show the real service. That means the guard app, management portal, staff access, and day-to-day workflow should all be running in a way your building team can judge. Core setup is included; larger rollouts or special operational requests are discussed clearly before anything is added.
We configure the building, management portal, guard workflow, visitor record fields, and basic operating structure before the team starts using it.
We add the organization staff, create credentials, assign roles, and make sure your admin can manage staff members later.
We organize the login flow, explain who can access what, and hand over the system so management and guards know their responsibilities.
We can configure Repute on existing approved devices where suitable. If you need Team Repute to provision devices or extra resources, those may be priced separately.
We follow up actively, take feedback, assist with daily questions, and help the team become confident running the service.

The pilot is meant to help one building test Repute properly before a wider rollout.

Yes. Additional setup charges may apply based on organization size, custom rollout needs, device provisioning, or extra resources requested from Team Repute.
Yes. Repute can work with your existing approved devices where suitable. If you need devices from Team Repute, we discuss that separately.
Your admin can manage staff members, roles, and credentials after the pilot handover. We help set the first structure cleanly.
We actively follow up for one month, take feedback, answer daily questions, and help the team become confident using the service.
Handover checklist
Mail us the organization name, building name, unit count, guard setup, and whether you already have approved devices. We will reply with the cleanest way to run the pilot and note any optional setup, device, or resource costs upfront.
