Digital visitor records
Repute records every visitor, destination, purpose, arrival, and staff entry—so management can find answers without searching paper logbooks.

Product
Repute connects daily visitor entry with searchable records, building-level oversight, and the operational context management needs later.

Visitor categories, traffic patterns, and recent records in one management view
Filter by building, unit, purpose, staff member, or date. Export CSV when needed.
Record arrivals, destinations, purposes, and checkouts without changing the desk workflow.
Give admins, managers, and desk staff the access appropriate to their role.
Use approved phones, tablets, laptops, or desktop computers. No special hardware required.
How Repute works
Staff use an approved device at the desk. Authorized management later searches the same record, with the destination, timestamps, purpose, and staff attribution intact.

See today’s activity, start a new entry, and keep pending checkouts visible from the desk home screen.

Enter the visitor, destination, and purpose from an approved phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer.

Open the complete record with its unit, visit time, checkout status, and the staff member who created it.
Security and access
Front-desk staff stay focused on daily entry. Managers see their assigned buildings. Organization admins can review the complete portfolio.

Complete organization visibility across buildings and visitor records.
Access limited to the buildings assigned to the manager.
The active building and the visitor workflow handled at the desk.
Visitor names, document numbers, optional phone numbers, notes, checkout feedback, and private image references receive application-layer authenticated encryption. Encryption keys stay server-side.
Images use private storage and controlled application access. Role, account status, and building permissions determine who can view records.
About Repute
Our story started in 2025 at a local building desk, then grew through feedback from private-owner buildings in Sharjah and Ajman. The belief has stayed the same: solve the logbook properly, and keep the desk simple.

FAQ
Clear answers about the digital logbook, building access, pilot scope, pricing, history visibility, and billing.
Repute replaces the paper visitor logbook with a simple digital flow. Staff record arrivals and checkouts in Repute Desk. Management can then search who was there, when, where they went, why they visited, and which staff member logged the entry.
Repute replaces the paper visitor logbook. It focuses on recording visits and making those records easy to search, rather than offering the broad visitor experience features of a typical visitor management platform.
Every visitor record includes the time, unit, purpose, checkout status, and staff account that created it. Access is limited by role and assigned building. Authorized managers can search records, export CSVs, or issue a PDF certificate for a stored log.
The pilot provides full access to Repute at AED 0 for the agreed pilot period and can cover one or more buildings within the agreed scope. Building and unit setup, staff accounts, Repute Desk onboarding, management search and export handover, and pilot support are included. Each fixed-price building completes Stripe Checkout before activation; its monthly billing is scheduled to begin after the agreed trial end unless canceled.
Pricing is per active building: AED 399 for up to 99 units, AED 599 for 100-299 units, AED 899 for 300-600 units, and AED 1,299 for 601+ units. Repute Desk, visitor checkout, unlimited admin, manager, and front-desk staff accounts, searchable visitor records, CSV exports, role-based access, and one year of visitor record history are included.
Access to the complete Repute product is AED 0 throughout the agreed pilot period. Checkout collects a payment method for each fixed-price building and schedules its monthly plan after the agreed trial end unless the building subscription is canceled. Supplied hardware or work outside the agreed pilot scope may be quoted separately before it begins.
Yes. Front-desk staff can use Repute on approved phones and tablets, or use the browser-based desk on suitable laptops and desktop computers. The management portal also runs in a web browser. If the building requires a shared lobby device, the device approach is agreed before setup.
After handover, authorized organization leads, admins, and building managers manage staff accounts, roles, passwords, and building assignments within their permitted access.
Repute has been built for UAE building operations since 2025. It began as an MVP for digitizing paper visitor logbooks, with early product work shaped by independent private-equity operators and building stakeholders in Ajman and Sharjah. Repute previously worked under the AISH CAPITALS FZCO name; the company now operates as Kythera Technologies FZCO.
Yes. Repute launched its production service in July 2026 after engineering verification across tests, linting, type checks, builds, database migration checks, least-privileged database runtime checks, visitor-PII encryption verification, and live HTTP smoke checks.
The pilot period and follow-up schedule are agreed before the pilot starts. Full product access, setup support, onboarding, feedback, and the outcome review are included in that agreed scope.
No. Published prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT is charged where applicable.
The standard management view includes one year of visitor record history for every active building. Repute does not sell history visibility as a separate v1 billing add-on.
Buildings above 600 units use the fixed Portfolio building tier at AED 1,299 per active building per month, excluding VAT.
Paid building subscriptions use Stripe Checkout. Authorized account holders manage building subscription changes in Repute and use the Stripe Billing Portal for payment methods, billing details, and invoices.
Repute limits access by organization role, account state, and assigned building. Optional ID images stay private. Visitor names, document numbers, optional phone numbers, notes, checkout feedback, and private image references receive application-layer authenticated encryption before database storage, with encryption keys kept server-side.
