Product information

The website explains Repute's intended product capabilities. Features, pricing, integrations, screenshots, analytics, exports, retention behavior, mobile functionality, storage behavior, and availability may change as the product evolves, customer needs are confirmed, or third-party services change.

No legal or compliance advice

Repute helps create operational records, but it is not legal, regulatory, police, court, insurance, employment, security, or compliance advice. Customers should confirm their own obligations with qualified legal, privacy, compliance, insurance, security, and property-management advisors.

Service dependency

Repute depends on device hardware, operating systems, cameras, OCR quality, user input, network connectivity, third-party infrastructure, cloud providers, authentication providers, email providers, and correct customer configuration. Offline queueing can reduce disruption, but no system can guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Human review

OCR, scanned text, analytics, exports, search, and displayed records may contain errors or omissions. Guards, managers, and customers remain responsible for reviewing entries, correcting inaccurate data where appropriate, and following their own security procedures.

Repute records may support operational review, but we do not guarantee that any record will be accepted by a court, authority, insurer, landlord, owner association, police department, employer, or other third party.
