## Pilot

- Price: AED 0 during the agreed pilot period
- Scope: One or more buildings within the agreed pilot scope
- Includes: Building and unit setup, staff accounts, Repute Desk onboarding,
  management search and export handover, and pilot support
- Billing: A fixed-price building completes Stripe Checkout before activation;
  monthly billing is scheduled after the agreed trial unless cancelled

## Small building

- Unit range: Up to 99 units
- Price: AED 399 per active building per month, excluding VAT

## Mid-size building

- Unit range: 100 to 299 units
- Price: AED 599 per active building per month, excluding VAT

## Large building

- Unit range: 300 to 600 units
- Price: AED 899 per active building per month, excluding VAT

## Portfolio building

- Unit range: 601 to 2,000 units
- Price: AED 1,299 per active building per month, excluding VAT

## More than 2,000 units

- Price: Contact hello@repute.ae

## Portfolio discounts

- Availability: May be available for organizations activating several buildings
- Factors: Building count, selected unit bands, rollout scope, and commercial term
- Confirmation: A discount applies only when confirmed in a written Repute quote
  or order and reflected in the applicable billing arrangement
